How to find us

Our practice is in the oldest house in Bern, at the lower end of the old town at the crest of the Aare bend, right on the Läuferplatz at the Untertorbrücke.


By car:


Coming from the direction of Basel, Zurich, Geneva, Lucerne, Interlaken, Valais on the motorway:

  •  AB exit Bern-Wankdorf direction city center/centre/lower old town
  • Before the roundabout at the "Bärengraben" turn right to Klösterlistutz, where there is a public car park. The practice is located directly on the opposite side of the Aare, 1 minute walk


Arriving by car / on foot from the city center:

  • Kramgasse/Gerechtigskeitsgasse direction "Bärengraben"
  • At the end of Gerechtigskeitsgasse diagonally left: "Nydeggstalden"
  • Drive downhill to the second crossing
  • Last house on the left: practice


Parking facilities

  • Blue zone immediately in front of the house
  • Large, public car park "Klösterlistutz" opposite the practice on the other side of the Aare, 1 minute walk


By public transport:


  • Bus route 12: train station – Zentrum Paul Klee; Get off at the "Nydegg" stop
  • Bus line 30: train station - Hirschengraben - Dalmazibrücke - Zytglogge; Get off at the "Läuferplatz" stop

Overnight accommodation for

out-of-town patients

If, like many of our patients, you do not live in the area of Bern, you may be looking for a place to stay in Bern for yourself and any accompanying persons. As a rule, you leave the practice about half an hour to an hour after the procedure, regardless of whether it was performed under local or general anesthesia. However, it is recommended that you stay close to the practice for at least the first night after the surgery.
